Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on orders placed via www.choeffect.com, including standard purchases and pre-orders, except in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is delivered.

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selections, or preference-related reasons on correctly delivered products.
Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are final and non-refundable after 48 hours of placing your order.

You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours by contacting info@choeffect.com.

After this window, cancellations or changes are not accepted, unless:

The product is defective or incorrect, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered.

If your pre-order takes more than 14 days from the date of dispatch to arrive at your doorstep, you may cancel and request a full refund.
Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for incorrect size selection, under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and shipping costs for returning and re-shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Color, style, or product changes are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a exchange or refund.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@choeffect.com, along with your order number and photographic evidence.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund including shipping charges.
Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges

Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for returns or exchanges through our website.

Used, washed, damaged items, or returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect deliveries.

For size exchanges, customers will bear the return and re-shipping costs.
Processing Timeframes

Please allow 7–10 business days for exchange processing after we receive your returned product.
